What I Offer

Life can feel overwhelming when many parts of life intersect at once. Mental health, identity, relationships, recovery, purpose, and nervous system regulation can all pull for attention at the same time.

You don’t have to untangle it alone.

My work integrates life coaching with counselling-informed and holistic approaches, supporting you in a way that honours your lived experience, autonomy, and pace.

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about supporting you to understand yourself, strengthen your inner resources, and move forward with clarity and compassion.


Who I Support

I work with people who are navigating:

  • Mental health challenges such as anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm
  • Addiction recovery and relapse-prevention support
  • Neurodivergent lived experiences
  • LGBTQIA+ identity, belonging, and affirmation
  • Relationship and intimacy concerns
  • Spiritual wellbeing and holistic healing
  • Life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts

All support is trauma-aware, inclusive, and non-judgemental.

My approach is:

  • Integrative – attending to mind, body, emotions, identity, and meaning
  • Trauma-aware – safety, consent, and pacing come first
  • Strength-based – you already hold wisdom; we build from there
  • Inclusive – affirming of LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent experiences
  • Ethical – clear boundaries between coaching, counselling-informed support, and clinical care

Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and centred on what feels most supportive for you.

It does not replace medical, psychological, or crisis services.

If you are experiencing acute distress or are at risk of harm, please contact your GP, a mental health professional, or local crisis services.


Cancellation Policy

I understand that life, mental health, and nervous systems can be unpredictable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

  • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at the full session rate
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of illness, crisis, or unexpected circumstances

If you are struggling to attend, please reach out. We can discuss what feels most supportive.
